Absolutely! We encourage prospective renters to tour the facility before making a reservation. A tour is a great opportunity to see the available spaces, discuss your event, ask questions, and determine which rental option best fits your needs.

Our facility is a flexible community space that can accommodate a variety of events, including:

• Meetings and workshops
• Classes, including art, yoga, fitness, and educational programs
• Celebrations and special events
• Arts and cultural events
• Fundraisers and nonprofit events

Branches at the Carnegie offers several rental spaces to fit a variety of events and group sizes:

• Grand Room – Seats up to 80 guests with tables.
• Sunshine Room – Seats up to 20 guests with tables.
• Studio Room #1 – Seats up to 8 guests (when available).
• Studio Room #2 – Seats up to 8 guests (when available).
• Quiet Room – Seats up to 8 guests and is ideal for small meetings or private workspace.
• Garden – Outdoor space that seats up to 40 guests with tables.

You can rent an individual room, the full downstairs, or the entire facility depending on your event and availability.

Yes! The entire facility is available to rent for larger events, giving you access to most of the building. Please note: the Studio/Classroom spaces may not be available if they are occupied by Artists in Residence.

The reservation process includes:

1. Check availability on our rental calendar.
2. Submit a Facility Request Form.
3. Obtain event liability insurance (if required).
4. Review and sign the Rental Agreement.
5. Submit your payment.

Your reservation is confirmed once we've received your signed Rental Agreement, Certificate of Insurance (if required), all required documents, and payment.

Reservations may be made up to 3 months in advance. Reservations beyond 3 months, and up to 1 year, may be approved with staff approval.

Yes. Rentals have a 1-hour minimum.

• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may incur a minimum $20 cancellation fee and up to 50% of the rental fee, depending on the circumstances.
• In rare cases, Branches at the Carnegie may cancel a reservation due to extreme unforeseen circumstances. We make  every effort to ensure reservations are fulfilled. However, there may be extreme unforeseen circumstances that result in Branches being unable to avoid canceling a reservation. In these circumstances, Branches will work with the involved parties to find an acceptable solution or refund the full amount. 

• Sunday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Yes. A $200 Security/Cleaning Deposit is required for all rentals. Rather than collecting a cash or check deposit, we securely collect your credit card information. Your card is only charged if the facility is not left in its original condition, additional cleaning is required, or damage occurs.

If a key is issued for your rental, a separate $200 refundable Key Deposit is also required. This deposit is forfeited only if the key is not returned at the end of your rental.

Not at this time. Branches at the Carnegie is currently planning the construction of a commercial kitchen as part of our long-term vision for the facility. We look forward to offering this amenity in the future and will share updates as the project progresses.
